This case contains various products to restore vehicle fabric seats to achieve spectacular results visible in the following video. These applications allow you to recover the original effect of the vehicle while improving quality and market value.
In this video, we show you how to start restoring the fabrics of a vehicle, using the example of a burn on a headrest.
This system allows you to quickly and easily restore small damages to fabric or velvet seats, door panels, and carpets (headliner).
Steps to restore the vehicle’s fabric:
1: Prepare and mix the fibers to the color of the item to be repaired.
2: Clean the surface with the brush.
3: Cut the edges of the damage by removing the hard parts that are the result of the burn.
4: If the hole is deep, fill it with a piece of foam.
5: Place a piece of non-woven fabric between the foam and the fabric.
6: Fill the hole with glue and colored fibers.
7: Apply heat with an iron and a Teflon sheet.
8: Cool the repair with a metal block.
9: Spindacolla powder.
10: Cover the area with powder glue and additionally with colored fibers.
11: Apply heat again with an iron and Teflon film.
12: Cool the repair with the metal block that will cool down.
13: Place the fiber inside to sift the prepared colored fiber.
14: Apply a fine layer of spray adhesive to the area to be repaired while using a sheet with a hole.
15: Immediately apply the colored fiber with the pot.
Final result, you can see in the photos below that the fabric of the headrest is completely restored.
